The university is located on the grounds of the late King Faisal Palace in the heart of Riyadh. This location is ideally suited for travel, with close connections to all of the city’s major highways.

Alfaisal University has a modern campus equipped with state of the art facilities and labs designed to accommodate up to 4,000 students. It incorporates teaching buildings, student centers, conference halls, cafes, and up to 2,500 underground car parking spaces.

As many as 34 percent of its students are international, with 39 nationalities currently represented on campus. Indeed, Alfaisal University is proud of its track record in supporting gender equality and of the outstanding women it has opened its doors to, including Hala Abdulla Albaidallah, who was the first woman in Saudi Arabia to receive a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and Alanoud Al-Turki, who was the first woman in the country to join Microsoft as a field engineer after graduating from the university with a BS in Software Engineering.

Admissions to Undergraduate Programs

Admission to Alfaisal University a highly selective, University that offers admission to only a small fraction of all applicants. Admission requirements will vary depending on your high school’s education system (such as the International Baccalaureate, Cambridge International AS and A Level course results, the SAT and the SAT Subjects results et cetera.) All students at Alfaisal University pay the same tuition fees regardless of their nationality, SR 94, 000 per year (approximately US$ 25,066), a combination of several types of financial aid  packages originating from various sources are available for the student regardless of their nationality such as:

• Merit-based scholarships worth 50 percent of your tuition fees
• Need-based scholarships  worth up to 100 percent of your tuition fees
• Dean’s List, worth 20 percent of your tuition fees
• A discount if your sibling is a current student or alumni, worth 15 percent of your tuition fees
