There are no tuition fees for EU/EEA students. Tuition fees for non-EU/EEA students vary according to degree programmes. The University of Oulu Scholarship Scheme provides tuition fee waivers for academically talented international students studying for a bachelor´s or master’s degree at the University of Oulu.
