关于 Satbayev University
Satbayev University’s history dates back to 1933 when the Kazakh Mining and Metallurgical Institute was founded. The institute was designed to improve the technical and economic state of Kazakhstan’s national economy. It had only two faculties when it first opened: mining and non-ferrous metals. The institute’s name changed several times throughout the years and only became Satbayev University in 2017.
There are 10 institutions and 30 departments at the university, which offer courses specialising in the fields of mining and oil. Some of the institutes include metallurgy and industrial engineering, cybernetics and information technology, and architecture and construction.
