关于 Fergana Polytechnic Institute
Fergana Polytechnic Institute is located in the picturesque Kirguli Micro area of the Fergana Valley of Uzbekistan. It was founded in 1967 from the former Fergana General Techniques Faculty of Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, and during the years of Independence, the Institute was the only Higher Technical Educational Institution in the Fergana Valley. Engineering and Economics are the institute’s main focus of education, producing qualified engineers to enhance Uzbekistan’s economy.
Fergana Polytechnic Institute offers a range of bachelor’s degrees within the faculties of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, economics, chemical engineering, power engineering and device construction.
In addition to full time bachelor’s degrees, the Institute offers part-time training in various courses which usually have a six month duration. Part-time studies are offered in several different areas, including instrument making, ground unit and land cadastre, chemical technology and economics.
Some departments at the institute also offer master’s degrees. Master’s degrees on offer include: technology of machine building; agricultural machines and equipment; construction, buildings and structures; management economics; chemical technology of either inorganic substances or mineral fertilisers; and instruments and methods of diagnostics and quality control.
Fergana Polytechnic Institute has a variety of laboratories for practical education, which include wind-energy, production automation and geodesy among others.
