Diana Warwick did not sit at the hearing of the case of Hashmukhary Bhatt at the employment appeals tribunal ("Warwick embroiled in contracts rumpus", THES, January 16).
Unfortunately, due to an error on our part, the judgment incorrectly included Ms Warwick's name as a member of the tribunal panel and a revised copy was subsequently issued.
