Formed from the University of Nottingham's departments of industrial economics, accounting and insurance and the Institute of Management Studies, Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) has campuses in the UK, Malaysia and China.
At undergraduate level, NUBS offers accountancy BSc (Flying Start); finance, accounting and management BSc; international management BSc; industrial economics BSc; industrial economics with insurance BSc and a management BSc.
At postgraduate level, courses include: accounting and finance MSc; banking and finance MSc; finance and investment MSc; business and management MSc; entrepreneurship, innovation and management MSc; human resource management and organisation MSc; International Business MSc; management MSc; risk management MSc; industrial engineering and operations management MSc; information systems and operations management MSc; logistics and supply chain management MSc; supply chain and operations management MSc; business analytics MSc; international tourism management and marketing MSc and marketing MSc.
The university's MBA emphasises problem-solving, leadership entrepreneurship and creativity. The school also offers an Executive MBA and an Executive MBA Healthcare.
NUBS PhD has been praised by HEFCE, the Higher Education Funding Council for England for producing some of the most successful students in the country at that level. Meanwhile, the Research Excellence Framework ranked NUBS 6th among UK business schools for "research power".
