Meiji Gakuin University is a Christian university established in the cities of Tokyo and Yokohoma in Japan.
The history of the university dates back to 1863 when it was founded as Hepburn School.

Meiji Gakuin University offers a programme called the buddy programme, which offers international students the opportunity to experience Japanese culture. The university mainly comprises of two campuses the Shiro Kane Campus and the Yokohoma Campus.
