The Higher School of Agronomy Mostaganem (HSAM) is a public higher education institution in Algeria. It started as a Preparatory School in Natural and Life Sciences in 2013 and later became a Higher School of Agronomy in 2017. It is overseen by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
