École Supérieure de Comptabilité et de Finances de Constantine is one of three Ecoles Superieures in city of Constantine in eastern Algeria, known as the "City of Bridges".

It was established in 2010 as a preparatory school, providing the first two years of technical higher education. In 2017, it was upgraded to its current name and status.

École Supérieure de Comptabilité et de Finances de Constantine is located in the "new city" zone of Ali Mendjeli, together with the Universities of Constantine 2 and 3. Two miles from the railway station, its closest neighbour is Constantine 3’s Belkacem Israel Faculty of Medicine.

All École Supérieure de Comptabilité et de Finances de Constantine students who live more than 30km away (for women) or 50km away (for men) and are under the age of 28, in Constantine 3’s Ain El Bey residences.

École Supérieure de Comptabilité et de Finances de Constantine boasts a "brand new educational infrastructure" including 32 classrooms and two 400-capacity auditoria. Use of Google G-suite technology to provide distance learning during the Covid pandemic was highly successful, and was a valuable step towards introducing hybrid-learning models.

Courses follow the classic Algerian model, with two years of preparation followed by a year studying the common core. In the final two years, ESCF students' progress towards specialism either in corporate finance or in accounting and audit. There are plans to offer a greater range of options within the next few years.

Admission is highly competitive. The average Baccalaureate score for entrants in 2021 was 14.91, while in 2023 only 25 out of 140 applicants were accepted for study beyond the first two years of their course.
