The École Nationale Supérieure de Management Koléa (ENSM) is a public Algerian institution of higher education specializing in management sciences. Established in 2008, it is located within the Koléa University Campus in Algeria.
The history of ENSM dates back to its founding in 2008, making it the first public institution in Algeria to offer management education. In July 2014, ENSM relocated to its current campus in Koléa, which is situated about twenty kilometres west of Algiers, alongside three other major schools (ESC, EHEC, and ENSSEA).
Admission to ENSM is open to graduates from various academic backgrounds, offering them an opportunity to acquire a second area of expertise in addition to their prior qualifications.
ENSM provides master's and doctoral programmes across various management domains. The master's programme offers eight specialisations, including organisational management, quality management, human resources management, strategic management and information systems, marketing management, e-government management, entrepreneurship and project management, and supply chain management. The school also houses a research laboratory focused on organisational management for its doctoral program.
ENSM serves as a valuable institution in Algeria's educational landscape, contributing to the development of management education and research in the country.
