Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts is a private women's college in Kyotanabe, Kyoto, Japan. The original school was founded in 1876, and it became as a university in 1949.
Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts has two campuses, Kyotanabe in Southern Kyoto and Imadegawa in central Kyoto. Kyotanabe houses four faculties and three graduate schools, while Imadegawa houses two faculties and two graduate schools.
There are six undergraduate faculties including liberal arts, contemporary social studies, pharmaceutical sciences, nursing, culture and representation and human and life science. There are eight graduate faculties including literary studies, international social systems, pharmaceutical sciences, nursing science and human and life science.
Careers support is available to all students with career guidance seminars and guidance through the job hunting process.
All international students who attend the university will receive support from the International Affairs Office including orientation, legal assistance, health insurance, tuition, scholarships and employment.
