About Bursa Technical University
Bursa Technical University was established in 2010, becoming Turkey’s fifth technical university. There are two campuses; the Yildrim campus located in Yildrim, in the Turkish city of Bursa and the Mimar Sinan Campus. There are also plans for a new campus in Kestel.
The four main faculties at the university include: engineering and natural sciences, forestry, humanities and social sciences and architecture and design. Across these faculties, there’s a range of undergraduate bachelor’s programmes available from mathematics to international relations. The university’s graduate schools of natural and applied sciences, and social sciences offer postgraduate master’s and PhD programmes in courses including urban forestry and biotechnology.
Students at Bursa Technical University can enjoy a range of facilities, including a sports hall and outdoor football field. They can also participate in a range of student clubs and societies including volleyball, archery, wrestling and chess. There’s also exhibitions, theatre performances, trips and conferences throughout the year.
Students at Bursa Technical University can participate in exchange programmes such as Erasmus+, Free Movers and Mevlana.
