About the Role

About You

To be successful in this role you will exhibit:


	Evidence of contributing to teaching and the scholarship of teaching at the discipline level, including involvement in curriculum development and teaching methodology
	Experience applying innovative approaches to pedagogy and/or curriculum design
	Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff and students
	Demonstrated experience in communicating with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, key stakeholders, and their representatives to achieve positive outcomes
	Familiarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health issues and an understanding of the social determinants of health as they impact Indigenous Australians
	Identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and is recognised as such by an appropriate Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander body, preferably with experience of Katherine Big Rivers Region Indigenous cultures.


Level B (Lecturer)

As a Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of teaching and learning in this vital field. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the excellence of our curriculum, while driving innovation in teaching practices and technologies.

In this role, you’ll independently design, deliver, and enhance course content, ensuring the highest standards of education while fostering a deeper understanding of Indigenous perspectives and cultural practices. Your work will contribute to the scholarship of teaching and help empower the next generation of students.

About You

To be successful in this role you will exhibit:


	Completion of a PhD OR community cultural recognition plus completion or near completion of a postgraduate degree or substantive experience in some branch of Indigenous studies/education
	Successful and independent innovation in learning and teaching delivery or design, including use of e-learning technologies, in the areas of Indigenous health issues, cultural safety, primary health care and population health.
	Demonstrated contribution to academic quality assurance processes, such as topic or course reviews
	Experience or capability to engage with students (and deliver teaching modules) via online learning platforms, related to Central Australian Indigenous knowledges and cultural practices
	Established relationships with Indigenous communities, groups and organisations within Central Australia, including the ability to lead community consultation
	Experience with engagement within a relevant external professional domain and within a wider community context at local or national level which could include working parties, committees, professional associations and conferenced workshops.

About Flinders Rural and Remote Health NT

At Flinders Rural and Remote Health NT, our aim is to be a hub for innovative health research, education, and workforce development across the Northern Territory.  We engage with students, community, and stakeholders to provide critical programs, such as the Northern Territory Medical Program, Paramedicine, Rural Clinical School, and the University Department of Rural Health.

About the Role

Flinders University is seeking an Indigenous Community Partnerships and Pathways Coordinator to join their team within the Office of Indigenous Strategy and Engagement.

The Indigenous Community Partnerships and Pathways Coordinator (ICPPC) will work to raise the profile of the University to prospective Indigenous students by facilitating partnerships with Indigenous community organisations, schools and educational programs. The successful candidate will manage a small team of staff, coordinate partnerships with pathways stakeholders, contribute to the development of an Indigenous Recruitment Strategy, and develop an annual calendar of recruitment activities and events that promote access to Flinders University pathways.

The successful candidate will also:


	Act as a key liaison point and subject matter expert regarding pathways into Flinders University including the Indigenous Admission Scheme, scholarship and accommodation.
	Foster sustainable relationships with an extensive network of internal and external stakeholders.
	Evaluate and analyse key statistics on applications and enrolments of students in order to provide input into recruitment strategies and activities.

About the role:

As a Senior Consultant, Workplace Relations, you will play a key role in managing complex employee relations issues and providing expert guidance on workplace matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting a positive and equitable work environment. Reporting to the Associate Director, Workplace Relations, you’ll drive workplace relations projects and initiatives and play an essential part in legislative compliance and best-practice implementation across the university.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:


	Provide expert advice on workplace relations matters, including enterprise agreement (EA) interpretation and managing complex cases like industrial disputes.
	Represent the University at Conciliation hearings, preparing materials and recommending approaches to support positive outcomes.
	Advise stakeholders on workplace relations issues, offering practical, balanced guidance that considers organisational risk.
	Contribute to enterprise bargaining efforts, preparing EA documentation for the Fair Work Commission and supporting good faith negotiations.
	Lead or support investigations into misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and bullying, preparing reports with actionable recommendations.


To be successful, you’ll have:


	A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in workplace relations and/or employment law
	Extensive knowledge of workplace/industrial relations legislation and practices and ideally, at least 3 years post admissions experience
	Proven experience in managing complex workplace relations issues and influencing key stakeholders
	Demonstrated ability to provide training and coaching on workplace relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance management
	Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships across all levels of the university and with external partners

The Cyber Security & Privacy lab (CSP-laboratory) of Dr. Christina Pöpper seeks to recruit a post-doctoral or research associate to work on cyber security and privacy research of existing and emerging networks and communication systems, with a possible starting date in January 2025 (or later). The group’s research builds upon the areas of system, network, information, and computer security. Candidates need to be skilled and comfortable with experimental work in cyber security. Although a postdoctoral/research associate candidate will be preferred, this position may also be filled by a research assistant in well justified cases.

The CSP-laboratory conducts cutting-edge research in communication, network, cyber, and system security and privacy, in particular on


	Security and privacy in mobile telephony networks (5G, 6G, ORAN), satellite-based and airborne communication, or other wireless systems or networks
	AI, LLM and ML security, privacy and trustworthiness
	 Anonymous or privacy-preserving communication


The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work independently, has a passion for security and privacy topics in different application contexts, and is willing to learn new technologies. The candidate should have a PhD or MSc in Computer Science or a closely related field (BSc holders will be considered in justified cases). Relevant background and skills include:


	Experimental experience with software radios, 5G user equipment, VPNs, Tor, or other hard- and software relevant to the described systems an networks
	Up-to-date software development and machine learning skills, incl. work with ML libraries, multimodal AI models, etc.
	Exposure to security and privacy research work
	Excellent written and verbal communication skills
	Track record of research with publications in top-tier conferences


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join ongoing international collaborations as well as collaborations within the Center for Cyber Security at New York University Abu Dhabi.

Applicants for the postdoctoral position must have a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or closely related fields. Applicants for the research associate position must have a MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or closely related field. Excellent experimental skills are required.

The Department of Mathematics at King’s College London invites applications for 1 postdoctoral research associate position for a duration of 24 months starting in October 2025. 

The successful candidate will work on several projects related to many-body systems, with particular interest in the regime when they are inhomogeneous and out-of-equilibrium, and they are well described via hydrodynamics theories. They will be supported by EPSRC under grant UNIHYPE: Universal hydrodynamic principles and emergent physics, EP/Z534304/1 (assessed under the ERC Advanced Grant scheme). 

The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in theoretical/condensed matter physics, with knowledge of non-equilibrium many-body physics and some methods of integrability, and with some numerical skills. 

The post is offered at a competitive salary (Grade 6, Spine Point 33 on the KCL salary scale), and includes provisions for travel money, computing equipment, and academic and leadership training. 

This is a full-time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered on a fixed term contract, ending in September 2027.
