Al Yamamah University is a private university located in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The university was established in 2001 as Al Yamamah College (YC) and was given university status by a royal decree in 2008.
The university offers undergraduate and graduate courses through its different colleges including the college of business administration, the college of engineering and architecture, the college of law, the college of computer and information systems, and the deanship of continuing education and community service.
The language of instruction is primarily English, although some courses are available in Arabic.There are a range of amenities on campus including classrooms, computer labs, auditoriums and research centres such as the SABB Investment Research Center and Microsoft Innovation Center.
Al Yamamah has wide range of academic partnerships with different institutions like Syracuse University, the Washington State University, George Mason University and University of Central Florida.
The university has also forged professional partnerships with Google Cloud Developers Community, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Saudi Bar Association, Saudi Council of Engineers and Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
