Italian injustice

I have followed David Aliaga's complaint against the ministry of higher education in Italy very closely for many years. He is asking for nothing more than what should be the basic right of any student. By treating his case in a highly arbitrary manner, by denying him the right of appeal before a fair-minded, independent academic body and by refusing to release his academic transcripts, the ministry casts doubt on the integrity of post-graduate degrees from its universities.
