My colleagues and I appreciate the spirit of your cartoon (THES, October 20) depicting the management of this university. However, now that there are six women vice chancellors perhaps your cartoonist might adjust his/her stereotype as I have difficulty in identifying myself with either of the two ageing male figures represented.
